If one made 5 documentaries and wrote 5 books on Sifu Jim Uglow you wouldn’t even touch the surface of his dedication to learn it all and teach it in its purest form possible. It’s the highest honor to be able to learn from Jim and be under his guidance in more ways than one!
Life can become overwhelming stressful even in the good times the modern day lifestyles, the way we are programmed to live and be. The busy demanding non stop ways of living. The fear negative focus and toxic habits that can in various ways impact our life in unhappy ways.
Practicing Tai Chi weekly at our school and practicing as much as you can at home will help you create a state of physical well being, a relaxed moment to moment awareness, alertness, focus, balance, better skills / ability to handle stress and help you truly enjoy your life.
