2016 was the start of a intuitive drive to put pen to paper. 4 years ago This morning as I concluded my Qigong meditation I picked up a pen wrote this poem down which also inspired me to relaunch the happy chi smiley calendar which we did back in 2012.. I do my Tai Chi in the morning to give me energy & prevent all that yawning. I practice my Tai Chi at times during the day allowing my chi to have its say. I do my Tai Chi in my mind making happiness easier to find I love to practice Tai Chi & Qigong in the evening It helps me achieve all I am believing and conceiving. I calmly do a qigong at night helping me to sleep well, dream and gain insight. Happy Chi from Tony Stewart. &

Today I wrote this poem:
An idea to do something is simply just that, Once the idea takes fruit in action then it becomes a fact!
The fear of the action can be a distraction as one contemplates peoples reaction.
To live life as earthed a tree and enjoy the buzz of life like a bee To be free as a bird is what we all have heard Yet could it be that our own fear of really shining is being held back by all those people whining.
As they/we whine they/we build walls blocking our shine This would be a tragedy thus missing out on all that is divine!
To be oneself and live in joy and fun One must be allowed to flow or we risk living life with too much left undone.
If you want to find out what to do Then go within this appears to be the clue!
